You have been great at getting me to work out a defined, time-bound action plan and to think carefully about different options available to me and the implications of each of those options. It’s also been great just to have someone to talk to who gets the freelance musician lifestyle and career [Mentee, 2023]
Sarah and I have had a number of one-to-one coaching sessions and I have been grateful for her guidance throughout. She is able to help identify where I might need support, share her experience and resources, and leave me with actionable steps. I always appreciate Sarah’s follow-up to support me beyond the sessions themselves. By putting the various aspects of my life and my goals into concrete terms, we were able to clarify where my priorities were and this has helped me in my decision-making since [Mentee, 2022]
