Lost Chord

Sarah's work in hospitals and care homes led to an audition for Lost Chord, a charity based in Yorkshire which produces more than 570 interactive musical concerts a year designed to stimulate responses from dementia sufferers through the media of music, song and dance. It promotes well being among dementia sufferers and other residents in the residential homes and day centres.
